At PRIDE CULTURE, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be returned within 15 DAYS of delivery.

  • Be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • Have all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a return or refund.

2. Return Request Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at prideculture110@gmail.com with the following information:

  • Order number

  • Product name

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect)

Our support team will review your request and provide further instructions.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • We will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for eligible items in the following situations:

  • Incorrect size received

  • Defective or damaged products

  • Wrong item delivered

Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 DAYS of delivery.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 DAYS of delivery at prideculture110@gmail.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

After verification, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional cost to you.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"

  • Gift cards

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Products returned without original tags or packaging

  • Items showing signs of use, washing, or damage caused by the customer

7. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, PRIDE CULTURE will cover the return shipping costs.

  • For returns due to customer preference (such as change of mind, incorrect size ordered, or other non-defective reasons), the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.

Any applicable return shipping fees will be communicated before the return is processed.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after the stated processing period:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company or payment provider.

  3. Contact your bank, as processing times can vary.

9. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12-24 HOURS of placement, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process outlined above.
